Horizontal Integration, a fully integrated digital agency and staffing firm offering strategic solutions for Fortune 500 companies, relocated its headquarters to the new metro business hub in the West End. The new space, located in the West End Plaza building (1660 S. Highway 100), offers nearly 30,000 square feet to better support the company’s rapid growth.
Revenue growth of 25 percent in 2015, preceded by years of double-digit growth and multiple office expansions, led the Horizontal Integration team to pursue a more permanent and accommodating space. Located near the ever-growing West End development, the neighborhood is home to a number of other design, tech and software companies. The space itself will increase office capacity to 150 employees and with 115 currently on the team there is room to grow even further. The company also has 65 out of state employees located in offices in Denver and Chicago, as well as a rapidly expanding office in India.
“Increased demand for quality IT and digital staffing along with full lifecycle digital solutions implementation & Sitecore content management expertise has fueled our recent growth,” said Sabin Ephrem, CEO and co-founder of Horizontal Integration. “We’re still developing and hiring at a rapid pace to support this growth.” Within just the last year the company hired over 60 new full-time employees, including developers, UX specialists, recruiters and digital strategists.
In order to create a larger space while still maintaining Horizontal Integration’s vibrant culture, the team turned to San Francisco-based Gensler, widely recognized as the world’s leading collaborative design firm.
“The new space was uniquely designed to reflect our culture of collaboration, creativity, innovation, passion and teamwork,” said Chris Staley, Horizontal Integration’s co-founder. “We turned to the best of the best in design firms to ensure our vision for collaborative workspaces, top-notch amenities and beautifully designed spaces at every turn.”
The new space features:
- Modern, open design to facilitate a fluid team approach
- Large, adaptable café space with sliding walls and a modular layout
- Custom-built rooftop deck for grill-outs and workspaces
