Horizontal Integration worked with UnitedHealth Group to plan and build a recruitment website that would engage candidates and answer the following questions:

• Who is UnitedHealth Group and why should I consider your organization?
• What would my work experience be like and are there people like me who work there?

The key to improving candidate satisfaction meant supporting the dynamic nature of recruiting online.  Horizontal Integration developed an online destination that helped maximize UnitedHealth Group's competitive advantages. The site focused on supporting the newly launched recruitment brand with content targeted to candidates and targeted by career area.

With an extremely tight timeline proposed – Horizontal Integration led a CMS selection process with both Marketing and IT teams – implemented a Sitecore CMS solution and developed the new web site.

The UnitedHealth Group Careers web destination launched in March 2009 to rave reviews and has become the central location for candidates to learn about a Career with UnitedHealth Group.
