Sabin Ephrem

Mr. Ephrem is responsible for overall leadership, formulating and executing overall strategy, enterprise solutions and staffing sales and recruiting. In addition he oversees the execution of the Enterprise Business Solutions practice at Horizontal Integration.

Mr. Ephrem is a business solutions and information technology strategist with over 17 years of extensive experience in management consulting, IT Strategy and transformation, sales force and marketing automation, interactive marketing, ERP solutions and e-business. He has held leadership positions on the consulting side with the big 4 and boutique management consulting firms, on the vendor side with some of the largest software organizations (Oracle and Microsoft), on the agency side with some of the largest interactive marketing agencies and consulted on the client side with several Fortune 100 clients across multiple industries. Combined with his strong business and technical acumen, Mr. Ephrem is an expansive thinker and creative problem solver with a natural ability to see the big picture while paying attention to details. 

Mr. Ephrem holds a MBA in Marketing, Finance & General Management from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, a MS in Computer Science from DePaul University, a BS in Computer Science from Northeastern Illinois University and holds technical certifications in several core business applications and technologies.

Chris Staley

Mr. Staley leads the Interactive Marketing Practice for Horizontal Integration. Mr. Staley is a marketing executive with over 10+ years of experience in interactive marketing at some of the largest agencies. He brings significant experience leading the successful planning and execution of marketing programs for some of the foremost brands such as Sony, Microsoft, Purina, General Mills, Carlson Companies, H&R Block, and the US Navy among others.

His experience includes strategic planning and execution of a wide range of interactive marketing programs both online and offline, user experience strategy and design, information architecture, creative strategy and design, online marketing strategy and execution, and most importantly bridging the gap between IT and marketing to help seamlessly drive marketing initiatives through the technology life cycle. Combined with his strong marketing acumen and a unique insight into web technologies, he is also a very creative thinker and has a successful track record of envisioning and creating innovative online marketing strategies that have been very successful for Horizontal Integration clients.

Mr. Staley has holds a Bachelors degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of St. Thomas.

Jeremy Langevin

Mr. Langevin heads up solutions sales and marketing for the Interactive Marketing and Enterprise Business Applications offerings at Horizontal Integration. Mr. Langevin is a sales and marketing executive with over 12 years of experience in Information technology solutions, technology staffing and recruiting. His professional experience includes over 10 years working with some of the largest technology staffing and solutions firms in the country and has been responsible for overall account management, sales and recruiting for Fortune 100 clients such as United Health Group, Carlson Companies, Best Buy among others.

Mr. Langevin holds a Bachelors degree in Marketing from Metropolitan State University in St. Paul and has completed several additional educational training programs in information technology sales and leadership strategies.
